What We Collect

We only collect what you type into one of the forms on this site. Depending on which form you use, that is:

• Your name, or your business name and the name of a contact there
• Your email address and phone number
• The pickup address you give us, if you are scheduling pickup & delivery
• Your service preferences — pickup day, pickup window, frequency, industry, estimated weekly volume
• Anything you write in the message or notes box

We do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive identifier anywhere on this website, and you should never send one to us through a form or by email.

How We Use It

To answer you, and to run the service you asked for. A form submission is emailed to our shop inbox, where a member of the Zepeda family reads it and gets back to you. If you scheduled a pickup, we use your address and your chosen day to add you to a route.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. We will not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form.

Text Messages and Phone Calls

If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about the specific request you sent — confirming a pickup window, telling you an order is ready, or asking a question about a garment. We will not send you marketing texts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any text from us and we will stop texting you.

Who Else Sees It

Three companies handle data on our behalf. They are service providers, not buyers — none of them is permitted to use your information for their own purposes:

• Vercel hosts this website and records anonymous, cookie-free traffic counts (page views, load speed). No names, no profiles, no tracking across other sites.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.
• Google Workspace hosts the inbox that email lands in.

Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it, or if we ever need to protect someone’s safety or defend our rights.

Cookies and Tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party tracking pixels, and does not follow you anywhere else on the web. Every font, icon, script, and photo is served from our own domain. That is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.

How Long We Keep It

Form submissions live in our email inbox. We keep customer contact details and route information for as long as you are a customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Keeping It Safe

This site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and the endpoint that receives them is rate limited against abuse. No system is perfect, and we cannot promise absolute security — but we do not store your information on this website, and we do not keep a customer database on it.

Your Choices and Your Rights

You are welcome to ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us using the details below and we will take care of it. We will not treat you any differently for asking.

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor them for everyone who asks, whether or not the statute applies to a business our size.

Children

This website is for our customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
